These are the best quality radiators you will find. I have searched far and wide for the best quality, workmanship to reduce any problems with the product. This radiator is not made by just some radiator guy, they where designed by an degreed engineers and alfissimo. Each radiator is designed using CAD design and CNC sheet metal cutting is used that can hold .005" tolerance with complete repeatability, so each radiator is exactly like the previous one and fit is perfect every time. Metal grain is aligned during flat pattern CAD layout to insure maximum strength at bends. This uses a lot more sheet stock and is costly, but again, this is where these radiators come in above the rest. Furnace brazed cores insure leak free service for years and eliminates the need for epoxy, and aggressive fin counts for the application assure maximum cooling. High fin counts are more expensive, and are therefore not used widely in the industry, But I have opted for more fins in the design for the best cooling possible. Each core is annealed, and the tubes are welded seam, rather than brazed lock seams. The fins are multi-louvered for enhanced air turbulence to maximize heat rejection. Each weld is show car quality, with consistent bead width, dab spacing and penetration.
