An air filter job is to guarantee good air flow while preventing significant particles from ending up in the engine. These two operations naturally oppose each other and that is where Sprint Filters polyester filtering fabric takes a leap above the rest. The Sprint Filter polyester fabrics are extremely permeable, stable and are not affected by folding during construction. Cotton or sponge air filters, on the other hand, have a weaving that depends on the overlapping of numerous layers, leading to poor flow in some areas and ineffective filtration in others. Sprint Filter P08, P037 and P08F1-85 air filters are totally different from others. There isn't an air filter in the world built with similar technology. <p><span>A2-224</span></p> <h1 class="page_headers">Girodisc Rear 2pc Floating Rotors for Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio w/OEM Iron Rotors</h1> <p></p> <p><span>The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OE disc.No modifications are necessary. The disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OE calipers perfectly. </span></p> <div><br />The central hat section of our rotor is made from strictly U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum.  The disc is made from our own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in house at Girodisc.  The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.<br /><br />The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.<br /><br />Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor when needed. </div>

The requirements on the low viscosity "Fuel Economy" side of the lubricant, but also extended drain intervals, clean pistons/rings, seals compatibility and reduced content of phosphorus for after treatment systems compatibility are enhanced. This type of sporadic abnormal combustion resembles metallic noise from combustion chambers and is sometimes associated with a short power loss. This phenomenon called LSPI for Low Speed Pre-Ignition, or also Rumble, generates very high pressure peaks in the combustion chamber that can lead to piston damages and ultimately to engine destruction. For their latest-generation downsized gasoline engines, which are equipped with direct injection systems and turbochargers, GM has developed the dexos1TM GEN2 standard for engine lubricants in order to guarantee the perfect integrity of these gasoline engines facing the risk of these abnormal combustions.</span></h4> <p><span>MOTUL 8100 Eco-lite 5W-30 meets all these very highly demanding requirements of performance and durability set by GM, including in particular for dexos1</span><span>TM </span><span>standard, the full compatibility to biofuels use such as LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), and bioethanol (as available at the station), when using ethanol biofuel at a mix ratio of up to 85% (Bioethanol – E85).</span></p> <p><span>Some OEMs require for their most recent Gasoline engines an API SN and/or ILSAC GF-5 lubricant to guarantee the maximum performance and durability. <strong>The CHRYSLER specification MS- 6395</strong> (GF-4 level), FORD M2C 929-A (GF-4 level) and FORD M2C 946-A (GF-5 level) reflect these kind of requirements.
